Returns

Domestic Shipping

Currently, our stores are only shipping within the United States. We offer Flat Rate shipping with delivery times 3-4 business days after fulfillment. 

Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Please Please Please check your address! Did you include an apartment number? or packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your product has been shipped out. If your products have been fulfilled and are out for delivery, you will receive a refund after you ship the product to us at your cost.

What is Fulfillment Time?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes for us to physically make the items you have ordered. Everything in our store is made to order. As you can imagine covid-19 has caused great delays in this process. As of right now, we are looking at fulfillment times of up to a month. However, we WILL get you your order as soon as we can! YES our fulfillment times will go back to normal eventually.

Contact Us Before Returning Items  

 

It is best you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selections. Depending on your issue we may provide a different return address and an updated item at no cost to you.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

 

Exchanges  

 

If you need a different size, you will have to contact us before returning the original item. Note that all of our items are printed on-demand so exchanges would be delayed as long as the original order until the pandemic subsides.
